Through the work of Pregnancy Care Center (PCC), you can help more families like Ben, Victoria, and baby Ezra.
Sometimes things don’t go according to plan. Ben and Victoria found that out a few short months after they were married. As a newly married couple, they were making plans for new careers after college, not pregnancy and parenting. When they found out they were pregnant, they were excited, but also shocked and scared.
Their families were supportive but lived out of state. They understood the physical, emotional, financial, and relational toll an untimely pregnancy can take on young parents in a new marriage.
Victoria’s dad served on the board of a pregnancy resource center (PRC) in California, so he encouraged them to find their local PRC – Pregnancy Care Center. He knew help and hope would be offered. Ben and Victoria took the first step and made the call.
“PCC had open arms. They were very caring and loving from the first appointment.” – Victoria
Unplanned pregnancy looks different for everyone. Each person’s challenges, circumstances, and perspective are unique. But PCC’s heartfelt, holistic approach remains a constant. We meet our clients right where they are with the compassion of Christ, no matter how hopeless and overwhelming their situation may appear and walk with them step by step with honesty and love.
With the guidance of their coaches, Ben and Victoria fully engaged in PCC’s program, taking classes and earning the necessities, so they could be prepared and peaceful as they welcomed their son.
“PCC is for everyone. It’s not just for single parents, but it’s for anyone who needs support, information, resources. It leads to a happier marriage and a happier baby.” – Ben
As this delightful couple celebrates Ezra’s first birthday, we want to join them in thanking YOU, our partners, for your generosity and compassion in saving lives and strengthening families right here in our community.
Merry Christmas, and may God richly bless you and yours!
