The Board of Directors of Pregnancy Care Center announced today that Lisa McIntire, CPA, is transitioning away from her role as Chief Executive Officer over the next 60 days after a decade of dedicated service and leadership. The Board has initiated a transition plan to ensure continuity of operations and mission impact.
During her tenure as CEO, McIntire brought steady leadership and a deep commitment to the organization’s mission. Under her guidance, PCC strengthened its programs, expanded community partnerships, and continued to serve clients with excellence and compassion. The Board expressed its appreciation for her contributions and years of faithful service.
“Lisa has led our organization with integrity, vision, and a heart for the people we serve,” said Joyce Diltz, Board Chair. “We are grateful for her dedication and the many ways she helped position PCC for continued impact. She will be missed, and we wish her all the best.”
McIntire shared her appreciation for the staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners who have supported the mission throughout her time as CEO. “Serving PCC has been one of the greatest honors of my life,” she said. “I am deeply humbled by what our community has enabled the PCC team to accomplish together. I have every confidence that PCC’s mission will move forward strong and healthy.”
The Board is actively engaged in establishing interim leadership and will begin a search process for the next CEO. Updates will be shared as they become available.
